Welcome to the website of Navodaya Cultural Association, Dhanori, Pune (“NCA Dhanori”, “NCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NCA Dhanori website and your participation in services and activities made available through the website, including membership applications, event registrations, event participation, and stall bookings.

By accessing or using this website, submitting a membership or registration form, making a payment, or participating in an NCA activity through the website, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the relevant services.

1. About NCA Dhanori

Navodaya Cultural Association, Dhanori, Pune is a community and cultural association that organizes and facilitates cultural, social, religious, community, and other activities and events.

The NCA website provides information about the association and its activities and may allow users to:

  • Book stalls for applicable events

4.4 Membership Validity

Membership validity, renewal requirements, membership benefits, and other membership-specific conditions will be communicated by NCA.

4.5 Membership Cancellation or Termination

NCA may suspend or terminate a membership where there is a serious violation of NCA rules, these Terms, applicable laws, or conduct that materially harms the association or its members.

Any refund associated with membership cancellation will be governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Event Registration

NCA may require registration for certain events.

Event registration may require information such as:

  • Contact details
  • Number of participants
  • Membership information
  • Event-specific information
  • Payment information or transaction details

You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate.

Registration is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable registration process and, where required, successful payment.

NCA may impose limits on the number of participants for particular events.

6. Event Fees

Certain NCA events may require participants to pay an event registration or participation fee.

Applicable fees will be displayed or communicated before payment.

The applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy will govern refunds and cancellations.

7. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation

NCA reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary.

Any refund, transfer, or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the applicable event-specific terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Stall Bookings

Certain NCA events may offer stalls to individuals, businesses, vendors, organizations, or other participants.

Stall bookings are subject to availability and approval by NCA.

A stall booking may require:

  • Stallholder name
  • Contact information
  • Business or organization details
  • Stall category
  • Required stall size/type
  • Applicable documents or information
  • Payment of the applicable stall booking fee

Submission of a stall booking request does not guarantee allocation.

A stall is considered confirmed only after NCA has approved the booking and the required payment has been successfully completed, unless otherwise communicated.

Additional requirements applicable to stallholders will be provided in the Stall Booking Terms.

9. Stallholder Responsibilities

Stallholders must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Operate within the assigned stall area
  • Follow NCA’s event rules and instructions
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and safety standards
  • Avoid activities that may cause harm, disturbance, or inconvenience to other participants
  • Follow venue-specific requirements
  • Obtain any licenses, permissions, or approvals required for their activities

NCA may refuse or terminate a stall allocation if a stallholder violates applicable rules or creates a safety, legal, or operational concern.

10. Payments

Payments made through the NCA website may include:

  • Membership fees
  • Event registration fees
  • Stall booking fees
  • Other event-related fees communicated by NCA

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

NCA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.

If a payment appears to have been deducted but the registration or booking is not confirmed, you should contact NCA with the relevant transaction details.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

NCA may ask a participant to leave an event where their conduct presents a safety, security, legal, or significant operational concern.

NCA events may be photographed or recorded.

By attending an NCA event, you acknowledge that general event photography or video recording may take place.

Photographs and videos may be used for:

  • Social media
